As managing officer of the firm, Jeff has overall responsibility for client service, quality control, marketing and staff assignments. He also provides accounting and management consulting services, audits of manufacturing, municipalities, electric utilities, non-profits and other business entities. Jeff focuses on business valuations, forensic and litigation support services, audit, tax compliance and planning for estates and trusts. Jeff resides with Terry Shea in Laconia, New Hampshire. His daughters, Stephanie and Paige, now reside in the Greater Boston Area.

Keri Rossi, CPA (NH & TX) - Audit/Attest Section Manager
After graduating from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accounting, Keri worked for several years in a variety of roles in both public accounting at Deloitte & Touche and private accounting at various companies. Keri provides professional services to our clients in audit, compilations, review, fraud, litigation support and tax engagements. Keri is the Manager of our Concord, New Hampshire office. Keri is also a member of the New Hampshire Society of CPA's.

Steve Veroff, CPA (VT) - Audit Manager
Steve has more than twenty years of private and public accounting experience. A significant portion of Steve's experience was gained on a national level. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. During his professional career, he has provided solutions as an auditor for various forms of government, non-profit, utility, business and employee benefit plan clients. Steve provides professional services to our clients in audit, review and compilations, tax preparation and litigation support for financial engagements. Steve is the Manager at our Laconia, NH office.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Trinity College of Vermont and his Masters in Administration and Management from St. Michael's College. Scott has been employed by various CPA firms in the Burlington, Vermont area, including KPMG, as an Audit Senior and Audit Manager. Richard H. Dexter, II - Accounting Manager
Buddy is a native of Springfield, Vermont. He attended Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts and earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Buddy's previous experience in manufacturing accounting and recently had the position of President of an international company with international accounting responsibilities. Buddy will provide our clients with his professional experience in international banking, income tax preparation, audit engagements and general accounting.

Tami is an integral part of our office's professional staff. Her prior experiences have involved marketing and customer relations in telecommunications and healthcare, providing technical support for many industries and business development for a variety of clients. Tami is responsible for coordinating our business development program and provide technical services to our clients and staff. Tami obtained her Associates degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Vermont and a Certificate in Computer & Digital Forensics from Champlain College.
