As managing officer of the firm, Jeff has overall responsibility for client service, quality control, marketing and staff assignments. He also provides accounting and management consulting services, audits of manufacturing, municipalities, electric utilities, non-profits and other business entities. Jeff focuses on business valuations, forensic and litigation support services, audit, tax compliance and planning for estates and trusts. Jeff resides in Springfield, Vermont. His daughters, Stephanie and Paige, now reside in the Greater Boston Area. Jeff also spends a considerable amount of time in New Hampshire with Terry Leonard and her hobbies and outdoor interests.

Keri Rossi, MPA, CPA (NH & TX)  - Attest Manager
After graduating from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accounting, Keri worked for several years in a variety of roles in both public accounting at Deloitte & Touche and private accounting at C & S Wholesalers. Keri provides professional services to our clients in audit, compilations, review, fraud, litigation support and tax engagements. Keri is the Manager of our Concord, New Hampshire office. Keri is also a member of the New Hampshire Society of CPA's. Keri currently resides in Milford, New Hampshire with her husband.

Scott A. Maille, MSA, CPA (VT) - Audit Manager
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Trinity College of Vermont and his Masters in Administration and Management from St. Michael's College. Scott has been employed by various CPA firms in the Burlington, Vermont area, including KPMG, as an Audit Senior and Audit Manager. Scott is a member of the Vermont Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Scott provides professional services to our clients in audit and tax engagements. Scott resides in Essex, Vermont.

Tami is an integral part of our office's professional staff. Her prior experiences have involved marketing and customer relations in telecommunications and healthcare, providing technical support for many industries and business development for a variety of clients. Tami is responsible for coordinating our business development program and provide technical services to our clients and staff. Tami obtained her Associates degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Vermont and a Certificate in Computer & Digital Forensics from Champlain College. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Global Networks & Telecommunications from Champlain College.
